Happy 4th Anniversary

paella

salad
minestrone
devilled egg
ada yg tanya...macam mana cek buat?? hehehhe...cek tgk kat yahoo n allrecipe.com je. ubah sket2 mengikut bhn semasa...jadik la.

paella

udang, remis (jepun panggil asari), kalau ada kepah ke..sotong pon OK.
paprika kuning n merah
wide green beans
saffron
beras
tomato puree
fresh tomato diced
broth (masak ayam, bawang, celery, carrot utk buat pati..tkdak sangat pakai kiub ayam pon jadik)
bawang besar cincang
bawang putih cincang

1.panaskn olive oil, goreng seafood.
2.pastu masukkan paprika kuning n merah..goreng jap.
3.lastly masukkan wide green beans. Ketepikan.
4.tambah lg sket olive oil kalau minyak dah agak2 sket, goreng bwg putih.
5. dah naik bau tu masukkan diced onion n diced tomato.
6.agak2 benda td dah masak..masukkan tomato puree.
7.masukkan beras..aku guna 2 pot beras.
8.tambah broth+saffron sampai tenggelam beras tu.Masak sampai mendidih.
9. Dah mendidih tu perlahankn api dan tudung. Masak sampai nasi masak..tkyah godek2.
10.Kalau air dah kering tp nasi tk masak (utk org yg tk reti budget air nk masak nasi macam aku) tambah je air kosong. Masak lagi..sampai nasi masak. Dah masak nasi tu susun la seafood n sayur2 yg dah digoreng td. Tudung n biar dia meresap sket. Siap!

DevilledEgg
Sangat mudah..rebus telur. Kopek telur belah dua. Pastu korek telur kuning, gaul dgn chicken franks (microwave/rebus n dicincang)+mayo+shredded cheese. Pastu isi blk dlm telur td. n taburkn dgn serbuk paprika(bukan serbuk cili tau!)

Chicken katsu (my version)

Chicken breast diketuk2 sampai meleper, cucuk ngan garfu.
Perap dgn shoyu(kicap masin)+gula+susu tepung/creamer.

Pastu sediakan satu bekas telur yg dah dipukul, tepung gandum n bread crumbs(bread crumbs ni aku gaul ngan white pepper n garam sket).

Panaskan minyak, celup ayam dlm telur, pastu celup kat tepung n lastly kambus dia dlm breadcrumbs. Baru la breadcrumbs ni melekat byk kat ayam. Pastu masuk dlm minyak.
Anak2 mmg suka mkn ni.

oo k.fizan dh nk bersalin ker..nama pa lak kali ni hihi
sakura pon semlm stat hidung n mata berair..kafunsho kot..
td p cek, doc kata no prob, tp ada la bg ubat gk..
